15 Knights Alums Appear on MLB Rosters in 2018

Fifteen alums of the Corvallis Knights have appeared in the big leagues or are currently on MLB rosters in 2018, including AL all-star Mitch Haniger (pictured) of the Seattle Mariners and recently called up pitcher DJ Johnson of the Colorado Rockies. Haniger was a first-team all-WCL selection out of Cal Poly for the Knights in 2010, and Johnson was a pitcher/first baseman from Mt. Hood CC in 2008 and 2009.

* Reliever Josh Osich of the San Francisco Giants (Oregon State, 2008)
* Starting pitcher Tyler Anderson of the Colorado Rockies (Oregon, 2009)
* Pitcher Matt Andriese of the Arizona Diamondbacks (UC Riverside, 2009)
* Starting pitcher Sam Gaviglio of the Toronto Blue Jays (Oregon State, 2009)
* Catcher Andrew Susac of the Baltimore Orioles (Oregon State, 2009)
* Starting pitcher Matt Boyd of the Detroit Tigers (Oregon State, 2010)
* Infielder Matt Duffy of the Tampa Bay Rays (Long Beach State, 2010)
* Reliever Jace Fry of the Chicago White Sox (Oregon State, 2011)
