Knights Unveil 2023 Promotional Schedule

Tuesday, March 14, Corvallis, Ore. – Two traditional Fireworks Nights highlight the promotional schedule released by the Corvallis Knights, as the hometown team prepares for its 16th summer campaign of affordable family fun in the Mid Valley.

Fireworks displays at Goss Stadium are rites of summer in Corvallis. The pyrotechnics start on Sunday, July 2, as the six-time defending West Coast League champions host the Cowlitz Black Bears in the team’s annual Oregon State Credit Union Fireworks Night. The second and final fireworks show of the season is set for Saturday, August 5, brought to you by Pioneer Connect & Samaritan Health Services, following the Knights contest with the Ridgefield Raptors.

Sellouts are expected at both games, so fans are encouraged to order tickets early to reserve the best seats in the house. Single-game tickets go on sale Monday, April 10.

Another marquee attraction is Cap Giveaway Night on Saturday, July 15, presented by Alyrica Internet, as Corvallis welcomes the Portland Pickles. The first 750 fans through the gates get an adjustable Knights hat compliments of Alyrica.

Other promotions to circle are Strike Out Cancer Night presented by Pioneer Connect on Friday, June 23 and $1,000 Kids Dash 4 Cash Night presented by State Farm Insurance on Saturday, June 24.

The hometown team will debut specialty uniforms June 23 in honor of its general manager Jennifer Beaumont who is currently fighting cancer with all her heart. The following night, between-an-inning, kids 12 years and younger will chase $1 bills on the Goss Stadium infield in the Dash 4 Cash during the first ever Corvallis match between the Knights and Kamloops NorthPaws.

“Everyone can find something special at the ballpark this summer,” said Knights director of operations Derek Buchheit “We strive to make every night fun and are focused on promotions our fans have told us they enjoy the most.”

Many of the 30 home dates have a promotional tie-in, from giveaways to special beverage prices. Season tickets are currently on sale at corvallisknights.com/tickets/season-tickets. Don’t miss a single pitch or promotion.

The fun starts Opening Night, Thursday, June 15 against longtime rival Bend. The first 1,000 fans get a Corvallis Knights Magnet Schedule, courtesy of Jessica Smith, Broker at Town & Country Realty.

Beverage specials feature 2 Towns Tuesdays (June 27, July 18, July 25), Nocking Point Wine Wednesdays (July 12, July 19, July 26), and Thirsty Thursdays (June 15, June 22, June 29, July 20, July 27).
