After two seasons working seasonally with the food & beverage team, Colleen Woods joined the Knights front office as Hospitality Manager for the 2023 season. Woods came to the Knights with 14 years of experience in the event management industry, running events such as rodeos, fairs, concerts and festivals in both Oregon and Washington.

Colleen grew up in Hood River and attended Columbia Gorge Community College. Woods enjoys riding Harleys with her husband and has been actively involved in Iron Order for ten years. Colleen and her husband live in Albany with their three dogs, two cats, and two bearded dragons. She enjoys spending time with her seven children and six grandchildren.
